What are you medicating?
Addictions are mechanisms that we build to medicate our pain. To address the addiction, we have to first address the pain being medicated.
When you're telling the truth, you can break free of the need to manage how people see you.

Know your value & worth
Show up authentically

You may know something needs to change, not just because of your behaviors, but because of the lying, hiding, and harm that have come with them. My work with you goes beyond stopping the behavior; we’re going to look honestly at the shame, entitlement, avoidance, and patterns underneath it. I’ll challenge you to move beyond saying the right things, managing how others see you, or trying to prove you’ve changed. Real change isn’t something you announce, it’s something your partner begins to feel. The work is becoming a man whose honesty, ownership, and integrity are experienced by the people closest to you.
