PhaseZero Recovery offers comprehensive services for schools, teams, and organizations focusing on Non-exclusionary discipline through substance use education and support services. We provide tailored solutions including staff training, policy development, student support, family education, outreach, comprehensive assessments and training. Our approach emphasizes honesty, openness and willingness.

Our Services

Individual Counseling

One-on-one sessions with our experienced counselors provide a private space to discuss concerns, understand substance use patterns, and develop personalized strategies for change and growth.

Education

Engaging training and psychoeducational groups designed to inform and empower students about the impacts of substance use, healthy coping strategies, and the importance of making informed choices.

Consultation

Coordinating care with school support staff regarding student well being and providing guidance on issues related to substance use in schools.

Meet our team

Austin Hatch

Austin has a Master's Degree in Addiction Counseling, is a Licensed Professional Counselor & Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor in the state of Minnesota. Austin has dedicated his career to working with adolescents and adults who are battling addiction and co occurring disorders. Austin believes the addictive behaviors are a solution to a problem, not the problem and believes in being a guide to walk along side others as they navigate change in their lives.

Chad Knotz

Chad has a Master's Degree in Addiction Counseling, is a licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor in the state of Minnesota, and is pursuing licensure as a Professional Clinical Counselor. He has experience working in private practice, inpatient and outpatient treatment, and middle/high school environments. He places emphasis on the importance of trust and safety in the therapeutic relationship, and is passionate about the role of family and other supportive community in addiction recovery.

Bethany Uecker

Bethany has been providing mental health services to adolescents and their families since 2006 with a specialty in adult and youth ADHD, anxiety, addiction & impulse control, coping skill development, Bethany is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker, holds a Master of Social Work degree from Augsburg College in Minnesota, and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy and Health Psychology from the University of Northwestern.
